YOUNG CREATORS ALLIANCE
WHO ARE WE?
The Young Creators’ Alliance is an arts workforce development program designed by the Arts Conservatory for Teens for high schoolers in Pinellas and Hillsborough counties invested in the pursuit of a career in the arts and entertainment industry. Whether your work is on stage or behind the scenes, the Young Creators’ Alliance program provides one-on-one mentorship and encourages you to dream big in your goal of becoming a professional artist. Not only will you be provided with expert instruction on building a career in your field, you will have the opportunity to work in professional settings through a multitude of performance and internship opportunities throughout our community and beyond.
GLOBAL LEARNING FOR MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
Our YCA Program includes:
- Weekly Workshops that cover a range of subjects from artistic expression to financial literacy, mental health, and career exploration.
- Masterclasses and Guest Artist Panels featuring industry experts.
- Performance Opportunities to develop artistic and presentation skills.
- One-on-One Mentorship with professional teaching artists to guide students on their individual paths.

Students who are passionate about singing, dancing, acting, and creative performance are encouraged to audition for the Arts Conservatory for Teens Young Creators Alliance (YCA). This program provides students with opportunities to train, perform, collaborate with other talented artists, and gain real-world experience in the performing arts.
